Job Summary

Job Description

The HR Assistant will be responsible for various tasks in personnel administration within a dynamic and complex environment. This includes handling inquiries via the ServiceNow ticketing system and hotline, corresponding with candidates, employees, supervisors, authorities, and the Polish team in German and English. Responsibilities also encompass creating employment contracts, processing employee onboarding and offboarding, controlling and tracking necessary documents, collaborating with internal interfaces for efficient service delivery, and updating documents and training materials. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in MS Office Suite, Workday, and SAP HR.

  • Übernehme Verantwortung für verschiedene Aufgaben der Personaladministration in unserem dynamischen und komplexen Umfeld.
  • Bearbeite Anfragen über das ServiceNow Ticketingtool sowie telefonisch über die Hotline und korrespondiere schriftlich und mündlich in Deutsch und Englisch mit Kandidat:innen, Mitarbeitenden, Vorgesetzten, Behörden und unserem Team in Polen.
  • Erstelle Arbeitsverträge und bearbeite Ein- und Austritte von Mitarbeitenden.
  • Kontrolliere, initiiere und verfolge notwendige Dokumente wie Bestätigungen und Austrittsdokumente.
  • Arbeite mit verschiedenen internen Schnittstellen zusammen, um einen schnellen und qualitativ hochwertigen Service zu gewährleisten.
  • Aktualisiere Dokumente, Schulungsunterlagen, Handbücher, Richtlinien und andere Informationsquellen.

Dein Skill Set:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit 2-3 Jahren Erfahrung in der Personaladministration
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit, Einhaltung von Deadlines, Kunden- und Teamorientierung, Belastbarkeit und proaktive Kommunikation.
  • Auch bei hohem Arbeitsanfall behältst du die Ruhe und Übersicht, kannst Aktivitäten priorisieren und bist flexibel.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Workday und SAP HR.
  • Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
  • Neugierde, Interesse und schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
