HR Assistant Intern
Job Summary
Job Description
The HR Assistant Intern will be responsible for creating recruitment documents, building relationships with schools and students, representing the company at recruitment events, maintaining recruiter databases, managing the company's profile on social networking recruitment sites, and assisting with general HR tasks. The ideal candidate will be pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, AB Communication, or a related field. They must possess strong English communication skills, be organized, adhere to rules, have an outgoing personality, be proficient in MS Word and Excel, and be willing to work in Makati City.
Must have:
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR Management, AB Communication, or relevant course.
- Communicate and work effectively in English (oral and written).
- Well organized and strict with implementing the rules.
- Outgoing with pleasing personality.
- Familiar with MS Word and Excel.
- Willing to report in Makati City.

Responsibilities
- Make all necessary documents for recruitment
- Build up relations with school and students
- Prepare and represent company in recruitment events such as job fair
