●     Can take a ‘Virtual Consultation’ with a sales agent in the virtual world (some like to call it Metaverse)

Eccentric is on a mission. To enable 3D experiences for the world.

Since the advent of internet, we have seen tools that have allowed people to express their creativity. Ease of creating video for instance has empowered a generation of people to unleash their imagination. There is one frontier that needs conquering- 3D.

As we know, AR/VR has not taken off as imagined. At least yet. Vast majority of the internet is devoid of 3D experiences. This is a technological problem. At Eccentric, by virtue of us One3D Engine, we are building the infrastructure for creating 3D experiences. Beginning with Enterprises. With some of the most iconic transportation/mobility brands in the world. One3D is an alternative to Unreal Engine/Unity for brands to create immersive experiences for the web.

So far, we have single handedly 3D-enabled the Automotive Retail ecosystem in India. With partnerships with the likes of Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata Motors, Toyota in place, we make sure Indian buyers enjoy a superior purchase experience. The testament to that is over 3,000 car dealerships across the country that leverage our 3D infrastructure to serve experiences. Our deployment markets now include Australia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, South Africa with 10 more countries in line for 2025. With fresh funds in place, we have aggressive plans for USA & Europe for 2025.

Role Overview

As an HR Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing the employee lifecycle and supporting the HR department's strategic goals. This position is ideal for someone passionate about building a thriving workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and enhancing employee engagement at Eccentric.

What you’ll do

• Culture Development: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive culture-building strategy that supports our organization's mission, vision, and values. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to define and articulate our unique culture.
• Employee Engagement: Design and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction. Plan and coordinate various activities, events, and programs to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Values Integration: Embed our core values into the daily operations and decision-making processes of the organization. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers in living the values and ensuring they are reflected in all aspects of their work.
• Communication and Collaboration: Develop and implement effective communication channels and platforms to facilitate open dialogue, transparency, and collaboration across all levels of the organization. Foster a culture of feedback, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing.
• Performance Management: Collaborate with the HR team to align performance management processes, policies, and practices with the desired culture. Support managers in providing feedback, recognition, and performance coaching.
• Employee Well-being: Champion initiatives that promote employee well-being, work-life balance, and a healthy work environment. Collaborate with wellness committees and external partners to develop and implement wellness programs.
• Data Analysis and Measurement: Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of culture-building initiatives. Regularly analyze data, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

What we seek

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, psychology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in culture-building, employee engagement, or organizational development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.
• Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable plans.
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and utilizing HR metrics to drive decision-making
