Job Description
This HR Associate role provides full HR operational support for 2-3 EMEA countries. The primary responsibilities include supporting the employee lifecycle, which encompasses promotions, transfers, leaves, and terminations. Additionally, the role involves conducting employee and benefits orientations, responding to HR-related inquiries, and acting as a liaison with payroll. The associate will also participate in various HR projects. This position is part of the global HR Operations team, offering a dynamic and impactful role within a leading technology company.
Must have:
- Fresh graduate or junior HR experience
- Excellent command of English
- Experience with supporting employees in EMEA countries is a plus
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in using HR Systems (Workday is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

About the Role:
The position is a full HR operational support role covering 2-3 EMEA countries. The person will support our employees and managers with a range of HR Operational activities. The role reports to Manager, HR Operations and is part of our global HR Operations team.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to promotions, transfers, leaves, and terminations
- Conduct employee orientations
- Administer benefits and conduct benefit orientations
- Respond to HR-related queries
- Liaise with payroll
- Participate in HR projects on an ad hoc basis
What You Need to Succeed:
- Fresh graduate or junior HR experience preferably with HR Administration / Payroll / Immigration experience.
- Excellent command of English
- Experience with supporting employees in ЕМЕА countries is a plus
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in using HR Systems (Workday would be a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, energetic, and professional manner
