Requirements and responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team for a 2-year replacement assignment. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while covering for a key team member during their extended leave.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking HR team, supporting our business with strategic and operational HR initiatives. It’s a challenging and rewarding role that provides the space to grow, contribute ideas, improve people-related processes, and deliver tangible results.
What you’ll do
- Suggest, plan, and execute strategic HR initiatives for talent retention, engagement, and motivation
- Support and provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers in dealing with team stability, complex casework, and employee relations issues
- Monitor employees’ satisfaction through 1to1 discussions, pulse surveys, etc.
- Identify and drive project engagement initiatives
- Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention in the allocated accounts
- Run orientation and onboarding processes
- Overview and administer performance management process and drive talent management initiatives
- Analyse data trends and metrics to support business decisions
- Act as a consultant on HR management and organizational changes.
- Solid experience with HR practices and employee management – at least 4 years of experience
- Experience communicating with directors and senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions
- Analytical and goal-oriented attitude
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Proactive nature
- Highly organized
- Good English skills
- Medium knowledge of labor legislation.
