Responsibilities:
Provide support for on/off-boarding, other employee lifecycle and day-to-day human resources operations;
Process and handle benefits administration works;
Support implementation and changes in HR policies & procedures;
Prepare regular HR reports and analysis for management review;
Coordinate with Headquarters and local office for various HR programs;
Participate in ad-hoc tasks and other HR related projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above
Detail minded, organized and good time management skills
A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
