HR Compliance Associate role supporting employee lifecycle, benefits, policy implementation, and reporting. Must have strong HR fundamentals, organizational skills, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for on/off-boarding, other employee lifecycle and day-to-day human resources operations;
  • Process and handle benefits administration works;
  • Support implementation and changes in HR policies & procedures;
  • Prepare regular HR reports and analysis for management review;
  • Coordinate with Headquarters and local office for various HR programs;
  • Participate in ad-hoc tasks and other HR related projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Detail minded, organized and good time management skills
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
