Job Description
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating on-site interviews, including arranging travel and accommodations for candidates, maintaining and updating Jira dashboards, and tracking and submitting travel expenses. They will also provide support for recruitment marketing by auditing the Ramsey Careers page, pulling marketing reports, and refreshing job requisitions. The role requires impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. This position requires a mindset of ownership, excellence, and resourcefulness. The role is about supporting the HR operations and recruiting processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience and efficient recruitment marketing.

Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available
Salary: $45,000–$50,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits
*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

What you’ll do in this role:
- Final On-Site Interview Coordination -
- Partner with Hiring Leaders, Recruiters, and Executive Assistants
- Arrange candidate travel logistics and accommodations
- Maintain and update Jira dashboards
- Track and submit travel expenses with precision
- Recruitment Marketing Support -
- Audit the Ramsey Careers page for accuracy and consistency
- Pull marketing reports and analytics for the recruiting team
- Refresh job requisitions through Jobvite to keep content current
