The Human Resources Coordinator/Advisor assists the HR team with the administration and implementation of Company policies and procedures, Company benefits, and advises line managers about HR queries. They will be responsible for all HR practices for the WebMD Netherlands region (approx 37 employees), as well as supporting the UK/OUS region in operational tasks.
Responsibilities:
Manages onboarding/offboarding process, working with IT and Office Manager
Delivers the HR induction session to new joiners
Assists the HR team with implementation of policies
Benefits administration for OUS and collaborates with the US benefits head.
Manages LOA processes and documentation including sickness and maternity
Supports the Recruitment team where necessary
Deals with various HR queries throughout the business promptly and reliably
Uses HR information systems to access, input and compile data
Supports the HR team with documentation for employee relations issues, including grievance, disciplinary and redundancy
Supports the HR team with employee relocations, including documentation, systems and payroll changes
Works with Netherlands payroll and accountants contacts
Desired Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources
Competence in various Human Resources functional areas: recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and organizational development
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to Human Resources
Ability to handle highly confidential information in a professional manner
Self-starter, with a "let's get things done" attitude
Must possess a high sense of urgency, initiative, and common sense
Must act in a professional and courteous manner, and demonstrate an ability to work with a diverse group of individuals
Great attention to detail
Ability to work independently, prioritizing and organizing workload to meet deadlines
Strong ability to multi-task and work well in an environment subject to changing priorities and demands
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in G-suite, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must pass pre-employment reference and right to work check
