Job Description

Comscore's HR team provides solutions to support the growth, development, and overall health of the organization. The HR Generalist is a key position, acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers in Australia and Europe. Responsibilities include HR administrative tasks, onboarding, maintaining accurate personnel records, coordinating monthly administrative duties, creation of employment documentation, ensuring data accuracy, supporting employees and managers regarding HR policies, and ensuring administration complies with local legislation. The role also involves preparing monthly payroll changes, coordinating employee benefits, coordinating work visa applications, managing absence, supporting GDPR compliance, and contributing to HR projects. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology, or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 2 years in a similar HR Generalist role are required.

Job Title: HR Generalist, Australia & Europe

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

The HR Generalist is a key position in Comscore’s HR team: you are the first point of contact for employees and managers in Australia and Europe.

In this role you will be responsible for HR related administrative tasks: starting from an employees’ onboarding, you will maintain accurate personnel records and you will coordinate administrative duties on a monthly basis.

What you’ll do:

  • Creation of employment documentation (e.g. employment contracts, employment statements, employment contract extension letters etc.).
  • Ensure our employee data is 100% accurate and up to date at all times.
  • Provide support to employees and managers regarding HR policies, processes, systems and tools.
  • Ensure that our administration complies with local legislation.
  • Prepare the monthly payroll changes for timely and accurate payroll administration.
  • Coordinate employee benefits: ensure timely communication to external brokers, be the main point of contact for employee queries, and support benefit renewals.
  • Coordinate work visa applications and extensions.
  • Coordinate absence as required, including but not limited to neo natal, maternity, paternity, adoption, illness.
  • Support the team in meeting GDPR compliance and best practice requirements, e.g. employee documentation, retention requirements and filing.
  • Contribute to and / or lead HR projects, supporting Comscore’s overall HR strategy.
     

What you’ll bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar HR Generalist role.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues.
  • High attention to detail.
  • You are well organised, enjoy multi-tasking and have the ability to maintain an overview of various tasks and processes.
  • You are pro-active, stress resistant and able to work with deadlines.
