The role focuses on onboarding, HRIS administration, payroll processing, reporting, handling day-to-day employee inquiries, and supporting employee initiatives. The HR Generalist will work collaboratively to review and continuously improve the employee experience.

What we are looking for:

Here at Escape Velocity, we are looking for an HR Generalist to join the Operations team. This role will be working in partnership with the Director of HR & Leadership, this role will provide administrative support to our team.

You will help organize our HR department, keep processes running smoothly, and build rapport with employees. In this role, main areas of focus will be onboarding, HRIS administration, payroll processing, reporting, day-to-day employee inquiries, and supporting employee initiatives. This person will work collaboratively to review and continually improve the employee experience.
