入社後当面は、日本Talent Enablement & Development（TED）チームの一員としてアサイン予定ですが、本人の適性や志向を踏まえて、幅広く人事部の業務を担当いただくことが可能です。ソニーグループ全体の人事部内での連携も多く、さまざまな分野にキャリアを広げるチャンスがあります。採用、育成、組織開発、報酬設計など、幅広い人事業務に携わることができるため、専門性を高めながらキャリアを積むことができます。
 
【主な業務内容】
・グローバルパフォーマンスマネジメントやタレントマネジメントオペレーションの実行・改善
・グローバルL&Dや人材育成プログラムのプロジェクトマネジメント
・プログラム企画・改善に向けた定量分析やリサーチの実施
 
【応募資格・経験／スキル／求める人物像】
【必須(MUST)】
・3年以上の事業会社人事やコンサルティング企業でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験
・プログラムのオペレーション業務を丁寧かつ迅速に対応できる力
・英語および日本語での高いコミュニケーションスキル
