Job Description

The HR Generalist plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational performance through people. This role acts as a strategic consultant and advisor, offering expertise in areas such as workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement. The HR Generalist collaborates with leaders to cultivate a high-performance culture and achieve business outcomes by implementing effective people practices. This is a fixed-term contract for one year, with the potential for extension. Key responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to understand strategic goals, providing guidance on organizational structure and employee development, collaborating with Centers of Excellence (COEs) for talent acquisition and HR operations, leading performance management processes, identifying and addressing people-related risks, championing diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives, mediating employee relations matters, contributing to HR projects, and coaching managers on effective leadership.

HR Generalist plays a critical role in driving organizational performance through people. Acting as a strategic consultant and advisor, the HR Generalist provides HR expertise in areas such as workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement. This role supports leaders in driving a high-performance culture and delivering business outcomes through effective people practices. We offer a fixed-term contract for one year with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand short- and long-term strategic goals and align HR initiatives accordingly. 
  • Provide guidance and coaching on organizational structure, workforce planning, change management, and employee development. 
  • Collaborate with COEs (Centers of Excellence) to support talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation, and HR operations. 
  • Lead or support performance management processes, leadership capability building, and career development planning. 
  • Identify and address people-related risks and opportunities through data-driven insights and regular engagement. 
  • Champion diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives across assigned business units. 
  • Mediate employee relations matters and ensure resolution aligns with company values and policies. 
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience and business performance. 
  • Coach managers on effective people leadership and team dynamics.
