Job Description

Playtika is looking for an HR Lead to manage the employee life cycle for 150 software engineers in their Poland studio. Responsibilities include full end-to-end HR processes, partnering with local leadership, and implementing the HR strategy. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as an HR BP or Manager, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:

Responsibilities:

  • ⁠  ⁠Full End to end responsibility for employee life cycle - 150 software engineers - within their relevant studio in Poland responsibility of the employee life cycle (F2F interview, facilitation of onboarding processes, termination processes, support performance evaluation processes, employee retention, employee experience, sensing processes, welfare)
  • ⁠Act as partner to the local division leadership group as well as local HR focal point for employees
  • Partner in building & implementing and promoting the studio/division HR strategy in the local sit
  • ⁠Identify and reflect local needs and market trends

Requirements:

  • ⁠Relevant higher degree
  • ⁠3+ years of experience as HR BP/HR Manager
  • Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • ⁠A true team player
  • Communication & negotiation Skills
