We are looking for an experienced and driven HR Manager to lead our HR operations in Georgia. This role is pivotal in managing mass recruitment to address turnover while fostering a strong and resilient organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adapt and implement group-level HR strategies within Georgia;
• Oversee mass recruitment efforts to maintain operational excellence;
• Design and enforce HR policies aligned with company goals and compliance requirements;
• Build and sustain a strong organizational culture through engagement and development initiatives;
• Lead and develop the HR team, focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement;
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver HR solutions and constructively challenge perspectives when necessary;
• Use data-driven approaches to guide HR decisions and strategies;
• Provide hands-on support to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
• Higher education, preferably degree within HR or relevant;
• Personal competencies: driven to deliver, skilled influencer, decisive thinker, collaborative relationship builder, role model;
• Full Professional Proficiency in English;
• Strong presentation and coaching skills to support global management and leadership development initiatives;
• A people person, approachable and easy to work with;
• Analytical and comfortable working with data to guide decisions;
• Solution-driven and proactive in addressing challenges;
• A hands-on leader with the ability to manage complex priorities effectively;
• Confident in partnering with and constructively challenging stakeholders;

This is a work-from-office role, requiring close collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
