We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team in Hamburg. As an all-rounder in Human Resources, you will be responsible for advising employees and managers, and handling all HR-related administrative tasks. You will be involved in operational HR administration, including creating employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and testimonials. Your duties will also encompass preparing and conducting onboarding and offboarding processes, managing the annual performance process, and conducting feedback talks like exit interviews. You will maintain personnel data, manage HR processes using the HR management system, and report on HR key figures. Additionally, you will assist with payroll preparation in cooperation with the payroll provider and manage the recruitment process using our Applicant Tracking System, including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, communicating with applicants, and scheduling interviews. You will also serve as the point of contact for external service providers, authorities, and social security institutions, and contribute to HR projects such as employee surveys and process optimizations.
