Job Description

We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team in Hamburg. As an all-rounder in Human Resources, you will be responsible for advising employees and managers, and handling all HR-related administrative tasks. You will be involved in operational HR administration, including creating employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and testimonials. Your duties will also encompass preparing and conducting onboarding and offboarding processes, managing the annual performance process, and conducting feedback talks like exit interviews. You will maintain personnel data, manage HR processes using the HR management system, and report on HR key figures. Additionally, you will assist with payroll preparation in cooperation with the payroll provider and manage the recruitment process using our Applicant Tracking System, including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, communicating with applicants, and scheduling interviews. You will also serve as the point of contact for external service providers, authorities, and social security institutions, and contribute to HR projects such as employee surveys and process optimizations.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen HR Manager (all genders) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Du bist ein Allrounder im Human Resources Bereich. Die Beratung von Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften sowie die Administration in allen HR relevanten Fragestellungen sind bei Dir in kompetenten Händen? Was Dir an Erfahrung fehlt, machst Du mit Motivation zu Weiterentwicklung wett?

  • Beratung und Betreuung von Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften in arbeits-, sozialversicherungs- und vertragsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten
  • Operative Personaladministration: Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zusatzvereinbarungen, Zeugnissen und Bescheinigungen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung des On- und Offboardings, Begleitung des jährlichen Performance Prozesses, Führen von Feedbacktalks (z.B. Exit Interviews)
  • Pflege der Personaldaten und Steuerung von HR Prozessen mittels des HR Management Systems sowie Reporting entsprechender Personalkennzahlen
  • Vorbereitende Gehaltsabrechnung in Kooperation mit dem Lohnabrechner
  • Steuerung des Rekrutierungprozess mithilfe unseres Applicant Tracking Systems: Stellenausschreibungen, Kandidaten Screenings, Kommunikation mit Bewerbern und Terminmanagement bis zur Angebotserstellung
  • Ansprechpartner für externe Dienstleister, Behörden und Sozialversicherungsträgern
  • Mitwirkung bei HR-Projekten wie Mitarbeiterumfragen, Prozessoptimierungen, Einführung etc.
