Job Description

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with global initiatives, while ensuring local relevance. They will partner with senior leadership to provide strategic guidance on talent management and organizational changes. The role involves managing employee relations, including conflict resolution, and advising on organizational design and change management. The candidate must have proven HR leadership experience, a strong knowledge of local labor legislation, excellent communication skills, and be fluent in English. Hogarth partners with many of the world’s top brands, offering content across all channels.

Human Resources Manager – Hogarth Worldwide

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with global initiatives and business objectives, ensuring local relevance and effectiveness.

  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide strategic guidance on organizational changes, talent management, HR policies, and program implementation.

  • Manage employee relations and performance, including conflict resolution and support in disciplinary processes.

  • Advise managers and business leaders on organizational design, team restructuring, and change management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR leadership, preferably in international environments or within the content production industry.

  • Strong knowledge of local labor legislation and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential to communicate with global teams.
