Job Description
The HR Manager is responsible for leading the HR function for Raw, overseeing HR operations across all jurisdictions where the company operates — including Spain, Malta, and the UK — as well as for remote independent contractors. This is a hands-on role that blends strategic planning with practical execution across the full HR spectrum. The HR Manager leads a small HR and Office team and is expected to structure workflows, delegate tasks clearly, and support the development and performance of the team. The ideal candidate has solid HR experience in Spain, strong knowledge of Spanish labor law, and is fluent in both Spanish and English. Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and with international teams is a strong advantage.
