HR Operations Payroll Specialist

The HR Operations Payroll Specialist at Tesla will be responsible for timely payroll data collation and transmission to external vendors. Responsibilities include maintaining employee payroll records, processing payments (advance, termination, out-of-cycle), coordinating with internal/external stakeholders, managing garnishments, generating payroll/HR reports, and collaborating with country payroll partners for accurate and timely payments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in payroll input preparation. A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and fluency in Norwegian and English (written and spoken) are essential.
