Job Details
Duration: 6 months
Start date: March 2024
Time type: Part time (20hrs p/w)
As part of the People organization, you will support our Berlin based HR Shared Service Team in delivering first line support for our employees. Our Shared Service Team is the go-to point for HR related administrative topics and is handling requests regarding various topics on a daily basis. We are looking for a reliable, autonomous, and diligent person who will support our team with the work on standard requests and will help us achieving a common goal: deliver the best possible employee experience!
- Support our HR Shared Service Team throughout with the daily business
- Assist with the requests of our employees in the ticket system
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for the team
- Support on ad hoc requests and tasks as requested
- Pursuing a degree in HR, Administration or related •
- Structured way of work and good administrative skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Profciency in both German and English
- Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in HR/administration is preferred
- Customer Service experience is a highly welcomed
