HR Specialist

We’re looking to hire a HR Specialist for an innovative endoscopic solutions provider. Global leader in endoscopic technology, known for its innovative products and collaborative, excellence-driven culture. 

You’ll join the HR team to manage HR systems and payroll with experience in SuccessFactors and KRONOS. This is a 27-52 Week contract opportunity. The role is located in Auburn MA and is fully on-site. 

HR Specialist Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for administering multiple HR systems and maintaining employee information for accurate record keeping, database management, and payroll activity. The role supports and collaborates with the HRIS team as well as other HR team members. Maintaining strict confidentiality is required at all times. 

HR Specialist Requirements:

Experience 

• 4+ years of experience with Human Resources Information Systems strongly preferred; 2+ years required 

• 2+ years of SuccessFactors Employee Central strongly preferred 

• 2+ years of KRONOS/Dimensions timekeeping and backend proficiency strongly preferred 

• System transition/implementation experience preferred 

• Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems required 

Required Skills 

• Ability to navigate both automated and manual work processes across HR functions and departments 

• Excellent time-management skills 

• Ability to multi-task efficiently with exceptional attention to detail 

• Clear and effective communicator with employees at all levels 

• Professional work style with a strong sense of urgency and team spirit 

• Strong adherence to deadlines and strict confidentiality

• Experience supporting system transitions or implementations
