As an HR Specialist at Peak, your responsibilities will include overseeing all recruitment activities to attract, hire, develop, and retain a talented team. You’ll collaborate with our cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of the company's organizational structure, operations, values, and culture.

Here's what you'll do

    • Provide highly tailored recruiting activities to meet Peak’s hiring needs and play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and end-to-end new hire experience 
    • Manage open job postings
    • Coordinate administrative requirements for all new hires
    • Identify top talent and convert prospects into active candidates
    • Integrate our ATS (applicant tracking system) into your daily work life and use it to manage the entire recruitment process
    • Use various tools and research methods to find passive candidates and build a strong candidate flow
    • Measure HR effectiveness through appropriate benchmarking and metrics
    • Participate in various university activities, whether on campuses or in our office, to share our culture and foster future recruitment initiatives

Desired skills and experiences

    • University degree from a reputable university 
    • 2+ years of HR experience
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
