ByteDance seeks an HR System Solution Expert for its HR Operations team in Singapore. Responsibilities include developing and implementing system strategies, managing HR system projects, collaborating with global teams to analyze business requirements, driving system iteration across seven HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, etc.), improving request and project management mechanisms, and collaborating with regional teams to enhance reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, project implementation experience in large organizations, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with large-scale systems like SAP and Workday is preferred.

About The Team The operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. Based on the business objectives of the HR Operation team, develop a system strategy plan and implementation roadmap; 2. Develop or review system project management plans, supervise project progress status and identify risks, ensure that HR Operation system projects are successfully delivered; 3. Cooperate with Global Operation Improvement process experts and front-line operation teams to analyze business requirements and evaluate system solutions, ensure that the HR Operation system project is launched, and accepted by front-line operation colleagues; 4. Based on the seven main processes of HR Operations: onboarding, offboarding, transfer, dispatch, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and employee helpdesk, drive the direction of system iteration to ensure that the system and process can serve HR operation business operation in the long run; 5. Continuously improve the HR Operation system request management and system project management mechanism to ensure that the mechanism is effectively implemented and the demand is delivered with high quality and efficiency; 6. Cooperate with four regional Operation Improvement teams worldwide to continuously improve the regional demand analysis and reporting capabilities, and improve the quality of regional system requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resources, computer science, information management, or related fields; 2. Project Experiences in system implementation and HR business processes for large groups or internet companies; 3. Strong ability to understand and analyze requirements, systematic and structured logical thinking ability; 4. Has deep insight into business, highly sensitive to data, able to handle complex business models and independently complete configurations; 5. Possess strong communication and teamwork skills; 6. Strong learning ability, self-motivation and stress resistance; 7. Possess high execution ability and a down-to-earth work spirit. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience in implementing large-scale system projects such as SAP and Workday; 2. Fluent in English, and experience in implementing overseas HR system projects are preferred; 3. Consulting industry background and experience in self-developed system projects.
