Enphase is seeking a HR Systems Analyst reporting to the Sr. Manager HR Systems to join our team and oversee the maintenance of the company’s future HR system (primarily Workday) as well as identify gaps and opportunities for upgrading HR systems based on new technologies and trends. The HR Systems team enables our internal customers to optimize and/or facilitate their programs through HR Systems & technology.
What You’ll Do:
Work with both internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and drive the planning, development, testing, and implementation of the Workday HCM system.
Ensuring the integrity of HR Systems, primarily but not limited to Workday are efficiently utilized, maintained and available throughout Enphase Energy.
Core responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, reporting, design, configuration and testing to implement solutions to drive adoption and ease of use.
Provide subject matter expertise on HR systems and participate in enhancement design and scoping especially through the initial implementation phase.
Develop and articulate solution options that consider Enphase's technical landscape as well as incorporate user experience, scalability, security and best practices.
Clearly highlight the merits and disadvantages of solution options to support informed decisions by our customers.
Provides scoping of complexity and effort for each option.
Act as liaison between HR Team customers and IT and/or 3rdparty systems vendors.
Regularly evaluate current state of systems to identify and recommend process improvements, system enhancements, and/or new applications to support business strategies and operational needs.
Lead Workday’s bi-annual updates.
In partnership with customers, distill and document end-user requirements.
Partner with the customers to develop test strategy, test scenarios/scripts, as well as execute systems/E2E testing in preparation for user acceptance testing.
Support audit and compliance efforts, where necessary.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Strong working knowledge of Workday HCM
Good with MS Excel and macros
Experience in Workday components such as Core HCM, Onboarding, Absence Management, Benefits, Talent/Performance, LMS, and Reporting
Knowledge in ADP Payroll desired but not mandated experience.
Minimum 3+ years as a hands-on HRIS Analyst or similar experience
Bonus points:
Experience developing and supporting Workday data loads (EIBs) and integrating with ADP Payroll
Experience with supporting multiple products across our HR technology stack: Kronos, or other HR solutions
Executes with a mastery level of project management methodologies, frameworks, and terminology
