Job Description

As a proactive HRBP at SuperPlay, you will drive HR initiatives, partner with leaders to align strategies with company goals, and provide guidance to enhance employee experience. You will manage workforce planning, organizational changes, and talent strategies, while fostering engagement, growth, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Take ownership of workforce planning, organizational changes, and talent strategies.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives for an exceptional experience.
  • Manage employee relations with knowledge of labor laws and policies.
  • Coach managers to strengthen leadership and performance management.
  • Use data and insights to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • 2+ years HR Business Partner experience in high-tech.
  • 3+ years hands-on full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Data-driven, analytical mindset with strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
  • Fluent in English.

What will you do at SuperPlay?

We’re looking for a proactive HRBP who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embraces change with agility. In this role, you will take ownership of HR initiatives that support business success and enhance the employee experience. You will partner closely with leaders to align HR strategies with company goals, provide proactive guidance, and influence key decisions. You will anticipate challenges, act with urgency, and implement solutions that foster engagement, growth, and organizational effectiveness.

  • You handle employee relations with fairness, consistency, and deep knowledge of labor laws and policies.
  • You coach and empower managers to strengthen leadership capabilities and manage performance effectively.
  • You use data and insights to influence decisions and continuously improve organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • At least 2 year of proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-tech company.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, including full-cycle hiring.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset, coupled with strong public speaking and presentation skills to effectively communicate insights and deliver messages to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English.
