- Conducting employee interviews
- Attendance management, contract management
- Salary calculation and management
- Compliance with legal regulations
- Implementation of employee evaluation systems
- Support for foreign employees
- Support for visa acquisition procedures, management, and implementation
- Ability to work in Tokyo
- Social insurance and labor welfare administrator qualification
- TOEIC score of 800 or higher
- Confidence in communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for games
- Open-mindedness and respect for people

UNSEENの人事担当は、専門的な機能に限定されないジェネラリストの視点が求められるポジションです。採用管理や労務管理、社内外の開発者や社員のケアなど会社全体の発展の一翼を担うことができます。
UNSEENのゲーム開発者たちはさまざまな国のアーティストで構成されており、人事担当の仕事はちょっと特別です。そのサポート内容は多岐にわたります。またゲーム開発者と同じ視点から物事を見ることができ、共に目標に向かって取り組むこともできます。

必要な資格 | Skills & Requirements
- 3年以上の実務経験
- 事業会社での人事経験
- ネイティブレベルの日本語力
- ビジネスレベルの英語力（オンラインまたは対面での英語での面接が可能な方）
+Pluses
- 東京都内で勤務可能な方
- 社会保険労務士資格をお持ちの方
- TOEIC800点以上
- コミュニケーション能力、折衝能力に自信がある方
- ゲームを愛している方
- オープンマインドであり、人をリスペクトできる方
