Job Description

The Human Resources & Organizational Development Consultant will manage recruitment processes (job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks). They will develop and implement orientation and onboarding programs, organize training and development initiatives, create individual development plans, and design projects to boost employee motivation. The role also involves conducting employee satisfaction surveys, analyzing results, improving internal communication, and organizing activities to enhance corporate culture. This requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, HR, Psychology) and 4-5 years of HR experience. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), strong communication and organizational skills, and a solution-oriented mindset are essential.

Requirements

*Proficient in MS Office programs (especially Excel)
*Strong communication, interview, and organizational skills
*Team player with a solution-oriented and analytical mindset
*Preferably fluent in English
