As an IGT-S Modality Sales Specialist, your role involves supporting sales activities from clinical and technical perspectives, specializing in medical devices related to intravascular treatment/IVR, such as angiography devices and surgical C-arms. You will identify hospital needs and collaborate with sales representatives to create and propose optimal solutions. Leveraging knowledge of company products and clinical medicine, you will provide information to medical institutions, differentiate from competitors, conduct marketing and branding, and formulate expansion plans in your assigned area. The role also involves building strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), enhancing customer evaluations, and driving OIT/Sales/NPS. Responsibilities include strategy development, creating and managing promotional tools, conducting product presentations, supporting exhibitions, organizing user meetings, coordinating with regional and headquarters teams, managing the E2E sales process, and supporting KOLs in clinical and educational activities.
Must have:
  • Experience in corporate sales, sales management, or marketing.
  • Customer interaction skills and general medical knowledge.
  • Ability to build relationships with KOLs.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of X-ray diagnostics/treatment (intervention) devices.
  • Strong desire for self/organizational growth.

あなたの役割:

血管撮影装置・外科用Cアームといった主に血管内治療/IVRに関連する医療機器のスペシャリストとして、臨床的・技術的な観点から営業活動を支援する業務です。病院のニーズを引き出し、最適な提案を営業担当と共に作りあげ、顧客へ提案を行います。

自社製品や臨床医学の知識を活かし、医療機関への情報提供や他社製品との差別化、マーケティング、ブランディング、担当エリアにおける拡販プラン策定等を行います。

日本国内トップクラスのシェアを誇る血管造影装置及び外科用Cアーム(IGT Systems)製品担当者として、自らの担当ブロックと連携しKOLと友好な信頼関係を構築していただきます。担当地区マーケットと顧客評価を更に高め、OIT/Sales/NPSすべてをドライブできるダイナミックさが一番の魅力です。

【主な業務内容】

・血管造影装置及び外科用Cアーム(IGT Systems)ビジネス拡大のため、担当地域での戦略立案・実践

・IGT製品の魅力的な販売促進ツールの作成と管理

・IGT製品紹介の顧客プレゼンテーション、選定プレゼンテーション、展示会サポート

・担当エリアのユーザー会の企画、内容サポート。全国大会での後押し・発表サポート

・近隣諸国(APAC)、HQ(Best)との情報連携、国内リクエストの製品化コミュニケーション

・製品の受注、在庫管理、売上管理までのE2Eプロセス管理の仕組みを理解し営業活動効率化をリードする

・IGTを含めた画像診断機器の広い視点を持ち臨床・教育において、KOLとの関係強化を図る施策の立案し展開し事業の成長に結びつける

・KOLの見学会、勉強会、学会の実務・発表・実験サポート

・新製品・新規事業の上市をリードし、製品担当ライフサイクルマネジメントを行う

・国内外における社内各部署とコミュニケーションを図り、コラボレーションを行う

・担当製品のパフォーマンス(KPI)をモニター、PDCAをリードする

このポジションに求められる実務経験:

【経験・スキル】

・メーカー法人営業職、代理店での営業または営業管理経験 または マーケティングもしくは事業企画などでビジネスプランニング(医療機器や画像診断機器歓迎)

・代理店、販売店含めて顧客対応経験との対話スキルを持ち、製品知識にとどまらず一般的な医療についての会話、知識

・KOLとの人間関係を構築し、製品知識にとどまらず一般的な医療についての会話、知識

・リーダーシップスキル、職務遂行力

【歓迎】

・X線診断/治療(インターベンション)機器の知識を有する方

・自己/組織の成長に貪欲な方、適応能力、吸収力

・個人/組織の変革を恐れず、自らが実践できる方

【語学】

・日本語:ネイティブレベル

・英語:読み書き以上

・学歴:大卒以上

【試用期間】試用期間あり(原則として入社日より6ヶ月)

【就業時間】9:00-17:30 休憩時間:原則として12:00-13:00

【勤務形態】事業場外みなし労働時間制

【休日】毎週土曜日(所定休日)、日曜日(法定休日)、国民の祝日、年末年始(12月29日-1月4日)

【休暇】初年度有給休暇 最大20日間(2年度~5年度 20日/6年度以降 25日 付与)、CareLeave(年間10日間)、Sick Leave(年間最大30日間)ほか

【時間外労働】あり
