Imaging Coordinator

We’re hiring an Imaging Coordinator for an exciting remote contract opportunity with a top-tier client. This is an ongoing role with the potential for future on-site work, and it’s perfect for someone with a strong eye for detail, image editing expertise, and a passion for creative asset management.

Join a talented creative team where you’ll play a critical role in processing and updating digital assets for use across web platforms and internal systems. You’ll help ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and smooth deployment of imagery, while managing a robust digital image database. If you have experience with Adobe Creative Suite and thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment, this could be a great match.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit, manipulate, and prepare images using Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Maintain and regularly update the organization’s digital image database

• Ensure all creative deliverables meet brand standards and quality expectations

• Troubleshoot and optimize design workflows within a Mac OS environment

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing image asset needs

• Bonus: Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content/image management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, advertising, or marketing

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

• Comfortable working in a Mac-based environment

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently

• Bonus: Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is highly desirable
