Job Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Implementation Specialist specifically for partner onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process development, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in developing and updating processes, creating and maintaining playbooks, and providing training and guidance both internally and externally. Additionally, you will support expansion efforts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

What is a day in the life of an Implementation Specialist?

1. Process Development & Updates:

  • Develop, update, and optimize processes using tools like Asana and Lucid.

  • Collaborate with teams to ensure processes align with business objectives and are efficiently implemented.

2. SOP Creation:

  • Design and maintain comprehensive SOP’s for both brand and internal processes.

  • Ensure playbooks are up-to-date and effectively utilized across the organization.

3. Continuous Feedback Program:

  • Implement and manage continuous feedback programs for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Gather, analyze, and act on feedback to improve processes, services, and customer satisfaction.

4. Reporting:

  • Prepare detailed reports for executive leadership, SEM/Director, and external stakeholders.

  • Use data to drive insights and recommendations for process improvements.

5. Material Creation & Updates:

  • Create, update, and maintain documentation, guides, and other materials to support implementation efforts.

  • Ensure all materials are accurate, comprehensive, and easily accessible.

6. Expansion Process Development:

  • Lead the development of processes to support global expansion, including but not limited to Creators, TikTok, PXM, fulfillment, and marketplaces.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with global strategies.

What will I need to thrive in this role?

  • Lean/Six Sigma Certified

  • Proficient in reporting tools and query building Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.

  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining cross functional programs/processes with multiple stakeholder expectations being met

  • Experience in providing low-code solutions to automate wherever possible

  • Bonus if you have operational experience within the ecomm/retail industry 

What is the team like?

  • You will report to the Senior Onboarding Manager and interface regularly with the Director of Brand Services You’ll also work collaboratively across nearly every function within the organization worldwide.
