Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of full stack developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables and professional growth within the team.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring they meet business requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust applications, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
Utilize knowledge of Generative AI to explore and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance product capabilities and improve user experiences.
Contribute to the development of the company’s technical strategy, identifying opportunities for technological innovation and process improvements.
Mandatory skill sets:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong understanding of modern front-end and back-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Node.js, Python, Java, or similar.
Demonstrated experience in managing and leading development teams.
Experience with Generative AI technologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., GPT, GANs, etc.) and their practical applications.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
