The In-House Production Manager will work directly with the Senior Director of Costumes, supporting the Costume Shop Manager, Show Support Managers, and Design teams. This pivotal role involves coordinating and communicating within the costume department and with other departments. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and executing tasks related to multiple productions, prioritizing projects, and ensuring they meet requirements on schedule. The manager will also step in to support during high-volume periods. Additional duties are assigned by the Department Manager.
Good To Have:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Variety of design genres experience
- Member of professional organizations related to costumes/entertainment
Must Have:- 10+ years of professional costuming experience
- Strong costume construction knowledge and wardrobe experience
- Experience supervising and managing 10+ people
