Job Description

As a Manager in SAP Consulting services at PwC, you'll play a key role in helping clients maximize their SAP investment. You will work with a team to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. This position focuses specifically on Employee Central within SAP's HCM suite. Responsibilities include leading Employee Central implementations for large, multi-country projects, demonstrating expertise in all functionalities including Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Employee Life Cycle Events, Time Off, and Benefits. You will lead design workshops, leverage industry best practices, and have a strong understanding of integration capabilities with other systems like S4H, third-party payroll, and the end-to-end employee lifecycle within the SF platform. This role requires experience in data migration strategies for Employee Central.

Must have:

Led Employee Central track for large multi-country implementations
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with all Employee Central functionalities
Independently led design workshops
Understanding of leading practices and industry best practices
Understanding of platform-level integration of other modules with Employee Central
Understanding of end employee life cycle on the SF platform
Knowledge of integration capabilities with S4H, 3rd party Payroll, and other systems
Understanding of Data Migration approach/strategy for Employee Central
