Responsibilities:

o Stay updated with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards affecting the payments and fintech sectors.

o Interpret and communicate the impact of new and existing regulations on business operations to internal stakeholders.

o Provide compliance guidance and support during the development of new products, services, and business initiatives.

o Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

o Conduct regular reviews and updates of compliance programs to reflect changes in regulations and business practices.

o Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.

o Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits to ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory requirements.

o Monitor business activities for compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

o Prepare and submit regulatory reports, filings, and disclosures as required by law.

o Maintain records of compliance activities, audits, and investigations.

o Investigate compliance-related incidents and breaches.

o Coordinate with legal and other departments to address and resolve compliance issues.

2. Experience:

o Significant experience (preferably 5+ years) in regulatory compliance within the financial services, payments, or fintech industries.

o Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.

3. Technical Skills:

o Strong knowledge of financial regulations, such as AML/KYC, PSD2, GDPR, and other relevant standards.

o Proficiency in compliance management software and tools.
