Job Description

PwC's Tax Services team seeks a Senior Associate for Global Compliance, focusing on contract and compliance within their TRS (Tax Regulatory Services) department in Bangalore. This role involves advising clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy, navigating complex tax regulations, and optimizing tax positions. Responsibilities include monitoring and interpreting tax regulations, advising on the impact of regulatory changes, ensuring client compliance, and adapting tax strategies. Excellent client management, communication, and collaboration skills are essential. Experience in IT and ITeS/Technology and GCC is mandatory, with excellent written and spoken English required. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of compliance program rollouts, compliance reviews, and audits.

*Responsibilities:

Good understanding of compliance program rollouts, compliance reviews and audits

Excellent client management skills

Excellent communicator with an ability to build healthy and productive relations with the clients and team.

*Mandatory skill sets

Experience in IT and ITeS / Technology + GCC (preferably)

*Preferred skill sets:

excellent written and spoken English is critical. Experience of foreign language will be advantage

*Education Qualification

LLB, Company Secretary, Chartered accountant. Foreign law degree will be an advantage
