Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions.Job Description & Summary: Experienced SAP Security Senior Associates with a strong background in SAP implementation experience in multiple Projects with strong knowledge in design, architecting solutions in SAP Security.
Responsibilities:
Role Design and Implementation:- Design, develop, and implement SAP security roles and profiles based on business requirements.
- Analyze and troubleshoot authorization issues and provide solutions.
- Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role assignments.
- Perform user administration in various SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, security policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
- Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Monitor SAP systems for security breaches or unauthorized access.
- Conduct regular security audits and reviews.
- Maintain and update SAP security documentation.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to understand security requirements.
- Provide support for SAP security-related issues and incidents.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and other stakeholders on SAP security best practices.
- Stay updated with SAP security patches, notes, and best practices.
- Propose and implement improvements to the SAP security framework.
Mandatory skill sets:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP security administration.
- Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts, including roles, profiles, authorizations, and user management.
- Experience with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
