Job Description & Summary: Experienced SAP Security Senior Associates with a strong background in SAP implementation experience in multiple Projects with strong knowledge in design, architecting solutions in SAP Security.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement SAP security roles and profiles based on business requirements.
• Analyze and troubleshoot authorization issues and provide solutions.

• Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role assignments.
• Perform user administration in various SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, security policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
• Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

• Monitor SAP systems for security breaches or unauthorized access.
• Conduct regular security audits and reviews.
• Maintain and update SAP security documentation.

• Work closely with functional and technical teams to understand security requirements.
• Provide support for SAP security-related issues and incidents.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and other stakeholders on SAP security best practices.

• Stay updated with SAP security patches, notes, and best practices.
• Propose and implement improvements to the SAP security framework.

Mandatory skill sets:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP security administration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts, including roles, profiles, authorizations, and user management.
• Experience with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
