You are responsible for

1.         Issue VAT invoices timely, make sure invoice issuing compliance

2.         Timely reconcile VAT invoice amount and accounting revenue

3.         Monitoring outstanding invoice items, can distinguish outstanding items as routine and non-routine.

4.         Validly keep blank invoices, issued invoices and related equipment.

5.         Timely purchase blank VAT invoices, make sure enough quantity.

6.         Timely complete branch office tax filings, including VAT, CIT, stamp duty, etc.

7.         Support statistical statements, annual audit and annual inspection works.

8.         Other add-hoc works assigned by line manager.

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

1.         Bachelor degree,  tax or accounting knowledge / experience

2.         Good communication skills, careful at work

3.         Can work under pressure, willing to accept new knowledge
