Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer at Mattel, you will play a crucial role in meeting new product launch objectives, ensuring timely and high-quality releases within budget. Key responsibilities include improving assembly line productivity and quality by reducing part shortages, minimizing defects, and addressing customer issues. You will optimize processes, implement continuous improvement strategies, and identify opportunities for process and product enhancements. This involves maintaining production levels, utilizing skills in line balancing, and understanding supply chain dynamics. Strong proficiency in software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Visio is essential.

Must have:

Meeting new product launch objectives
Improving assembly line productivity and quality
Process optimization and continuous improvement
Identifying process and product improvement opportunities
SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Visio proficiency

Good to have:

Adobe Illustrator
Ergonomics knowledge

Job Description

Mejoramiento en la Calidad de las líneas de ensamble a través de la disminución de partes faltantes, reducción de rechazos a producto terminado y de contactos de consumidores.

Asegurar el sostenimiento de los niveles de producción, a través de la optimización de los procesos y la mejora continua.
Identificar oportunidades para la mejora de procesos y productos.
