Job Description

The Industry Sales Lead, Conglomerates at Google Cloud will represent Google Cloud's business in the Philippines and Vietnam. Responsibilities include engaging with Boards and CxOs in manufacturing and infrastructure accounts, managing tactical accounts, collaborating with internal teams to build pursuits, and driving customer success. The role requires building and maintaining CxO relationships, scaling existing solutions, and co-creating new solutions based on industry trends. This position demands experience driving tactical engagements within the manufacturing and infrastructure industry, promoting Google Cloud technologies to complex organizations, and presenting analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Must have:
  • 10+ years sales experience in technology (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
  • Manufacturing & infrastructure experience
  • C-Suite engagement experience
  • Drive engagements with Boards and CxOs
  • Manage tactical accounts and internal collaborations
  • Accountability for ongoing CxO relationships
  • Drive sales growth and solution creation
Good to have:
  • Experience with Google Cloud technologies
  • Understanding of industry trends and C-level needs
  • Cross-organizational collaboration skills
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of sales experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products and platforms.
  • Experience in manufacturing and infrastructure.
  • Experience working with C-Suite of manufacturing and Infrastructure organizations.


Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience driving tactical engagements within the Manufacturing and Infrastructure Industry.
  • Experience promoting Google Cloud computing technologies to complex organizations.
  • Experience in building and managing complex engagements with CxOs and Boards of Manufacturing and Infrastructure.
  • Understanding of industry trends and evolving C-level needs across Manufacturing and Infrastructure.
  • Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and ideas to achieve organizational goals.
  • Ability to present analyses and break down technical concepts into simple terms to present to technical, and non-technical audiences.

In this role, you will represent Google Cloud’s business across the accounts in Philippines and Vietnam region, both internally across Google Product Areas and externally within the market.

Responsibilities

  • Drive engagements and engage with Boards and chief executive officers (CxOs) in the selected Manufacturing and Infrastructure accounts across the CEOs, Line of Business (LOB), and IT and Tech executives.
  • Manage tactical accounts, work with internal team members including CE, Industry solutions team, Google partnership teams, Customer Experience teams etc, to build agreement pursuits, and drive delivery and customer success.  
  • Execute accountability for ongoing CxO relationships and enable multilevel interlock to drive future sales growth across the account.
  • Drive and scale existing solutions in the goal accounts also co-create solutions based on Industry, customer and technology trends.
