Job Description

Game Drive is seeking a creative Influencer Manager in the Netherlands to join their dynamic marketing team. This role involves building and managing relationships with influencers and content creators to boost awareness and engagement for clients' games. Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive influencer campaigns, organizing various events like previews and let's plays, managing inquiries, and diligently analyzing campaign results to maximize online share-of-voice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong affinity for video games and demonstrate proven experience in media and influencer partnerships, along with excellent communication skills.
Must Have:
  • Develop, deliver, and execute Influencer campaigns
  • Organize and manage previews, reviews, let’s plays, broadcasts, podcasts and more
  • Organize and manage influencer events
  • Manage inquiries, interview requests, influencer tools
  • Monitor, analyze, and communicate campaign results regularly
  • Maximize online share-of-voice for all clients and their games
  • Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new contacts within the industry
  • Maintain a keen understanding of game industry trends impacting clients and recommending appropriate communication strategies
  • Identify and share competitor insights with the team
  • Brief and manage external local and influencer agencies
  • Optimize communication through (testing) tools, analytics, SEO reports, surveys, and more
  • Support the Game Drive team and/or clients at exhibitions and events
Perks:

  • Employment contract: Part-time (min. 32h)/ Full-time
  • Gross salary based on full-time employment: €3.000 – €4.000, depending on experience
  • Contract term: 7 – 12 months, with intention to extend

We are looking for a creative individual with a passion for video games to join our dynamic marketing team.

As a Influencer manager, you will build and manage relationships with influencers / content creators to support our clients’ games. You will be responsible for boosting awareness and engagement for each client and their games.

Your Responsibilities

Skills required

  • Creative with exceptional English writing skills
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Media or a related creative field
  • Strong affinity for video games; able to generate enthusiasm and empathy for each project
  • Minimum 1 years of experience, including managing media relationships, influencer partnerships, and collaborating with external agencies and stakeholders
  • Skills to act as a spokesperson, proactively pitch and place stories in the media, as well as manage relationships, and maintaining an up-to-date network of contacts
  • Strong communication skills when liaising with colleagues, influencers, and clients – effectively conveying the value of client games
  • Deep understanding of social influencer marketing and its impact on brand promotion and commercial success
  • Ability to build trust, and long-term relationships with influencers
  • Familiarity with current and emerging platforms, gaming trends, and social media
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
