Our client is seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to report to the Social Media Manager and support influencer marketing program tasks and coordination. This role demands experience across all aspects of executing influencer marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include outreach and onboarding of influencers, achieving quarterly KPI's related to influencer partnerships and testing goals, accurate tracking of influencer costs, orders, and agreements against budgets and SOPs, acting as the main point of contact for influencers during campaign execution, handling communication, troubleshooting, and feedback, strategizing and creating influencer agreements based on collaboration cost and determining requirements, maintaining and updating a database and reporting of influencers, collaboration history, and performance data, assisting in creating campaign briefs with brand messaging, guidelines, and key deliverables, collecting and tracking influencer-generated content for approval and repurposing, coming up with fresh ideas for collaborations and content, collaborating with creative team members for photo and video asset creation, placing influencer orders, tracking order values, and collaborating with customer service to resolve influencer order issues.
