Job Description

Publicis Groupe is looking for an Influencer Marketing & Talent Manager to negotiate, contract, manage and track influencer marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for planning and monitoring all steps of influencer marketing campaigns, working with internal teams, talent agencies and clients. Responsibilities include creating and implementing strategies, identifying and selecting influencers, negotiating contracts and fees, developing creative briefs, monitoring campaign performance, generating reports and insights, and providing excellent customer service.

Must have:

Communication, Advertising, PR, Journalism or related field
1-2 years experience in Influencer Marketing or content creation as a digital native influencer
Intermediate English
Intermediate or advanced knowledge of using and creating content on social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat etc.
Knowledge of different influencer categories such as celebrities and digital natives: bloggers, journalists and pages
Knowledge of public figures and major influencers across social media in Costa Rica and Central America
Proficient in Excel for reporting and financial proposals

Good to have:

Experience with customer management and service

Descripción del empleo

Negociar, contratar, gestionar y dar seguimiento a las campañas de influencer marketing.

Planificación y seguimiento de todos los pasos de las campañas de influencer marketing, con el equipo interno, agencias de talentos y clientes.

Requisitos

1-Carreras de Comunicación, Publicidad, Relaciones Públicas, Periodismo o afines

2-Al menos 1-2 años de experiencia en el área de Influencer Marketing o en la creación de contenido como influencer nativo digital.

3-Inglés intermedio

4-Conocimientos intermedios o avanzados de utilización y creación de contenido en redes sociales como: Instagram, Tiktok, Snapchat, etc. Así como de vocabulario y análisis de formatos y estadísticas.

5-Conocimiento de las diferentes categorías de Influencers como celebridades y nativos digitales: bloggers, periodistas y páginas.

6-Conocimiento de figuras públicas e influencers principales de las diferentes RRSS en el país y Centroamérica.

7-Manejo de Excel para realización de reportes y propuestas económicas.

8- Experiencia con manejo y servicio al cliente
