Information Security Consultant

We advise our customers on IT strategy and processes, implement and operate systems including the associated support and maintenance. In addition to many years of SAP experience in cross-industry core processes, we have distinctive and specific know-how in retail, the process industry, manufacturing, professional services and the public sector. We take an open-ended approach and support our customers in on-prem, cloud or hybrid scenarios. In addition, we offer products developed in-house to increase efficiency.

The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely troughout Germany.

• Monitoring compliance with cross-customerand customer-specific security requirements in close cooperation with the information security consultant of Nagarro and the customer.
• Advising the customer on the creation, further development and updating of (customer-specific) information security guidelines.
• Handling information security risks in Nagarro's overarching risk management and customer-specific risk management to achieve the specified and accepted security level.
• Customer-focused with a key focus on security aspects.
• Regular review of the customer information security requirements.
• Establishing and maintaining an information security culture.
• Train, guide and supervise employees in the area of customer-specific information security requirements.

• We are looking for an experienced IT expert with a degree or comparable qualifications and at least 7 years of professional experience in the technical IT sector, including at least 5 years in IT security. 
• You have knowledge of ISO 27000 and have the relevant certification. 
• Knowledge in data centre operations and Hyperscaler are preferred.
• You have comprehensive IT expertise and understanding, as well as knowledge of business and IT processes, IT service management (ITIL) standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, personal responsibility, solution orientation, dialog skills and openness to change are important qualities that we value.
• Very good written and spoken German and good English skills are required, as well as a willingness to travel.
