Job Summary
Job Description
Easybrain is seeking an Information Security Officer to play a major role in the company's security lifecycle. Responsibilities include developing security standards and practices, conducting security awareness training, recommending security enhancements, managing security software (firewalls, scanners, IDS/IPS), vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, network monitoring, security solution testing, incident response, and legal/technical/regulatory recommendations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building IT security frameworks from scratch, preparing for certifications and assessments, conducting staff security training, and working with legal teams. Strong applied security skills, including penetration testing, are required.
Must have:
- Develop security standards & practices

- Network monitoring & incident response
- Experience building IT security frameworks
- Experience with certifications and assessments
- Legal department collaboration
- Applied security & penetration testing skills
- Russian & English (Intermediate+)

Job Details
Easybrain develops mobile games and applications that millions of people around the world play every day. Right now, we are looking for an Information Security Officer to join our team, who will play a major role in the company's security lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Developing a set of security standards and practices such as policies and guidelines;
- Educating staff members on information security through training and awareness;
- Recommending security enhancements to management;
- Managing security software, such as firewalls, security scanners, IDS/IPS;
- Conducting scans of networks to find vulnerabilities;
- Conducting penetration testing;
- Monitoring networks and systems for security breaches or intrusions;
- Testing security solutions using industry-standard analysis criteria;
- Watching out for irregular system behavior;
- Leading incident response activities;
- Recommending modifications in legal, technical, and regulatory areas.
Requirements:
- Deep experience with building IT security frameworks in a company from scratch;
- Wide experience of preparing projects for the certifications and assessments;
- Experience in stuff security trainings and onboarding guidance;
- Knowledge of modern security practices;
- Experience in working with legal department;
- Good knowledge in applied security, ability to do penetration tests and reports;
- English language - Intermediate+;
- Russian language is a must.
Optional requirements:
- Experience with SOC;
- Experience with SIEM;
- Experience with DLP;
- Experience with PHP/Golang programming languages;
- Experience with code analysing;
- Experience with Terraform/Puppet;
- Experience with mobile pen-testing.
