Information Security Officer (m/f/d)

Nagarro's global SAP business unit is a leading IT full-service provider for critical business applications and complex ERP landscapes in digital transformation. We advise our customers on IT strategy and processes, implement and operate systems including the associated support and maintenance. In addition to many years of SAP experience in cross-industry core processes, we have distinctive and specific know-how in retail, the process industry, manufacturing, professional services and the public sector. We take an open-ended approach and support our customers in on-prem, cloud or hybrid scenarios. In addition, we offer products developed in-house to increase efficiency.

The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely troughout Germany.

• Monitoring compliance with cross-customerand customer-specific security requirements in close cooperation with the information security officer of Nagarro and the customer.
• Advising the customer on the creation, further development and updating of (customer-specific) information security guidelines.
• Handling information security risks in Nagarro's overarching risk management and customer-specific risk management to achieve the specified and accepted security level.
• Regular review of internal and external units with regard to compliance with the customer's information security requirements in accordance with customer-specific regulations.
• Establishing and maintaining an information security culture.
• Train, guide and supervise employees in the area of customer-specific information security requirements.
• Opportunity to participate in the design, development and implementation of Nagarro's own ISMS in coordination with the Information Security Officer.

• We are looking for an experienced IT expert with a degree or comparable qualifications and at least 10 years of professional experience in the technical IT sector, including at least 5 years in IT security. 
• You have knowledge of ISO 27000 and have the relevant certification. 
• You have comprehensive IT expertise and understanding, as well as knowledge of business and IT processes, IT service management (ITIL) standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, personal responsibility, solution orientation, dialog skills and openness to change are important qualities that we value.
• Very good written and spoken German and good English skills are required, as well as a willingness to travel.
