What will you be doing?
- Design, Deploy and Support InMobi's IT Infrastructure and Operations including managing Corp DCs in Hub offices.
- Liaison with Network Engineering and TechStop teams in ensuring the Infra is highly available, supported, and in line with the organization's requirements.
- Being responsible and accountable for corporate governance, IT controls, and audits.
- Liaison with InfoSec, Cloud Engineering, and other Platform engineering groups on security and other platform initiatives.
- Own technical projects, support, and initiatives that are related to Corp DCs across Hub offices
- Responsible for setting up and running the industry's best Enterprise applications solutions
- Define baselines and standards for Corp OS fleet, Systems, and Configuration Management,
- Write and enhance Corp IT policies in collaboration with other departments and under the supervision of the IT Manager.
- Liaison and manage third-party or external partners/vendors' relationships in rendering technical evaluations, performing Proof of Concept, and in implementation.
- Responsible for deploying and supporting Enterprise Applications.
What is expected of you?
- Having the flair and mindset of designing the infrastructure in-line with the industry's best practices.
- Deep knowledge in running/managing AD, AAD, DNS, DHCP, Radius, SSH, Print server, patch management, Citrix Hypervisor, Access Packages, Federation, ATA, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Exchange Group policy TCP/IP Services and Applications in an Enterprise environment.
- Intermediate-to-advanced level knowledge in supporting & managing Windows AD 2012/2016/
- Working and Migration experience on infrastructure, Microsoft 365/Unified Endpoint Management components like
- AD
- Azure AD
- O365
- Exchange
- Azure Information Protection
- Advanced Threat Protection
- Intune
- Windows 10
- Proven automation skills in PowerShell / Python are a must.
- Proficiency and a good understanding of the Unix environment.
- Must have MDM (Mobile Device Management) knowledge, including Jamf and Intune.
- Expert level knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring and managing Patch Management, current Gen Antivirus/Antispam Solutions
- Have worked on products/solutions using RADIUS, 2-Factor Authentication, and SSH
- Proficient in running infrastructure following SLAs, SLOs, and OLAs and have proven experience in implementing and managing them in start-up/engineering organizations.
- Applies data-driven and meticulous approaches in holding Support & Operations to higher standards.
- Evangelizes and drives Corp initiatives and Programs across the org. Equipped with Presentation and Documentation skills to effectively create decks and share plans/roadmaps across the Org.
