Job Details:

The AI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning (ML) and AI solutions to enhance business processes. This role involves working closely with data engineers and business analysts to create machine learning models, develop AI applications, and ensure the seamless integration of AI technologies into the company's BI systems. 

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Design and develop machine learning models and AI applications to solve business problems. 

• Collaborate with data engineers and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions. 

• Works on natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.  

• Develops AI-powered applications like chatbots, recommendation engines, and predictive models. 

• Conduct experiments and tests to validate the effectiveness of AI models. 

• Maintain and improve existing AI systems to ensure they meet evolving business needs. 

• Provide technical support and guidance to the BI team on AI-related projects. 

General Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Stay up to date with the latest ML/AI research and technologies to implement innovative solutions. 

• Document ML/AI development processes and procedures for future reference and troubleshooting. 

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of BI processes. 

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure ML/ AI solutions align with business objectives. 

Minimum Job Requirements:  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. 

• Proven experience in ML/AI development, including machine learning and deep learning. 

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, NLP libraries. 

• Strong understanding of data science principles and methodologies. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

Skills/Experience/Knowledge 

Essential: 

• Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and techniques. 

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision. 

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. 

• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets. 

Desirable:  

• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and neural networks. 

• Understanding of ethical considerations in AI development. 

Education and qualifications 

Essential: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. 

Desirable: 

• Master's degree in AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
