Input Device Product Design Engineer

As a highly impactful Input Device Product Design Engineer, you will leverage your mechanical design engineering skills to bring our Magic products to life. This involves collaborating with various teams, including industrial designers, hardware, software, product integrity, and technology teams, to define the product vision. You will explore different product form factors, develop new product architectures, define kinematic behaviors for ergonomic optimization, and integrate mechanisms, sensors, and other electromechanical components. Furthermore, you'll partner with internal manufacturing teams and external vendors to optimize designs for functionality, aesthetics, and manufacturability. The role also includes ensuring designs meet requirements through stress and tolerance analysis, DFMEA, prototyping, testing, and failure analysis.
