As a Senior Business Development Manager at OKX, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion across the UAE and the broader MEA region. About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial markets, an established network within Dubai’s financial sector, and fluency in English, with proficiency in an additional language being a plus for engaging with stakeholders across the MEA region.
What You’ll Be Doing

Sales Growth & Market Expansion: Develop new sales strategies and channels across the UAE and the broader MEA region, generating leads and successfully driving the sales cycle to completion.

End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Lead the full sales cycle—from research and lead generation to conversion and account management—ensuring sustainable client relationships and long-term success.

Client Service & Issue Resolution: Handle time-sensitive client inquiries, including complex matters related to APIs, products, liquidity, and accounts, ensuring efficient and timely solutions.

Stakeholder Coordination: Take ownership of organizing meetings, capturing key discussions, and ensuring effective follow-ups with stakeholders.

Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders in the UAE market.

Multilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English, with an additional language preferred—Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
