Position: Instructional Designer

We are seeking an experienced and creative Instructional Designer to join our team. This role involves analyzing learners' needs, designing and developing instructional content and curriculum, managing and delivering training programs, and effectively utilizing the learning management system from the author.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand learners' requirements
• Design and develop engaging instructional content and curriculum with author
• Utilize the learning management system to enhance the learning experience
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance
• Continuously assess and improve instructional materials and methods

Qualifications:

• Proven skills in needs analysis and instructional design
• Experience in training and development
• Expertise in curriculum development
• Familiarity with learning management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• A degree or equivalent work experience in design, education, or a related field such as finance
