Job Description

The Integration and Innovation Lead at LeoVegas UK will be responsible for onboarding and optimizing new advertising platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and driving platform optimization to maximize ROI. This role requires expertise in the AdTech landscape, including programmatic advertising and data management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales, operations), develop standardized processes, and champion AI integration to enhance campaign performance. Responsibilities include strategic planning, technical execution, performance analysis, and collaboration across departments to implement and improve advertising platforms within a fast-paced environment. The role is critical in shaping the AdTech strategy and maintaining industry leadership.

ABOUT THE ROLE
 

We're searching for a strategic and technically adept Integration & Innovation Lead to join our growing AdTech team. In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind seamlessly onboarding and optimizing new advertising platforms while continuously innovating and improving our existing technological ecosystem. You will play a key role in shaping our AdTech strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure we are at the forefront of the industry.
 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

 

        Platform Expertise & Strategy: Provide expert consultation on new ad platforms, leading due diligence efforts, evaluating their potential, and developing strategic recommendations for integration and utilization.

        Seamless Onboarding & Integration: Lead the technical and operational onboarding of new ad platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, data flows, and workflows.

        Drive Platform Optimization: Continuously analyze platform performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize ROI across both new and existing platforms.

        Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, product, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless platform implementation, optimization, and adoption across the organization.

        Process Improvement & Automation: Develop and implement standardized processes for platform onboarding, integration, and management, with a focus on automation and scalability.

        Champion AI Integration: Explore and spearhead the integration of AI and machine learning technologies within our AdTech stack to enhance campaign performance, automate tasks, and unlock new capabilities.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

        Proven track record of successfully onboarding, integrating, and optimizing advertising platforms within a fast-paced AdTech environment.

        Strong understanding of the AdTech landscape, including various platform functionalities, data management, programmatic advertising, and industry best practices.

        Experience developing and implementing strategic initiatives with a focus on innovation and measurable results.

        Technical proficiency and the ability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams on integrations and data management.

        Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

        A passion for the ever-evolving AdTech world and a proactive approach to staying ahead of the curve.
